The United States Army provides training for soldiers in order to better themselves. The beginning is usually at Basic Combat Training (BCT) which transforms civilians into Soldiers and helps them succeed. Then they will go to Advanced Individual Training (AIT) where they learn how to perform their Army job. After this training the Soldier has the opportunity to go to specialized schools to advance their Army careers.
